Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh holds the position of Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court.

TPO - According to the decision, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh - Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Duong province will work and hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of this province from September 1.

On the morning of August 30, at the headquarters of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court.

Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tri Tue, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Linh, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Supreme People's Court; Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang, Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tri Tue, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, presented the decision to receive and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh (50 years old), intermediate judge, Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Duong province to work and hold the position of Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court (5-year term) from September 1, 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tri Tue assessed that Ms. Thanh grew up from the grassroots and held many different positions. Ms. Thanh has been associated with the judiciary for many years. In early 2023, while holding the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court, Ms. Thanh was appointed as Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of this province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh replaces Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang, who was previously transferred and appointed by the Supreme People's Court to hold the position of Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City from August 1, 2024.
