Unexpected meeting of 'Buddha's Life' actor with singer Ngoc Son

(PLVN) - Famous Indian actor Himanshu Soni, who played a role in the popular TV series "Life of Buddha" and his close friend Raj Wasnik had a surprising meeting with famous singer Ngoc Son in Thailand.

During his tour in Thailand, singer Ngoc Son had an emotional reunion with a special fan - Raj Wasnik, an Indian businessman with a Thai wife.

During the meeting, Raj was moved to share that not only he, but many of his friends who are Indian businessmen, politicians and artists also have a special affection for Ngoc Son. Songs like “Loi thu tinh De xinh 1 va 2”, “Anh Number One”… have touched the hearts of the Indian community who love music and appreciate Vietnamese culture. Ngoc Son also surprised fans when he talked to Raj in Thai, one of the 12 languages he is fluent in.

On this occasion, Raj Wasnik also connected many video calls between Ngoc Son and his close friends who are Indian politicians , businessmen and artists. Among them, the most special was the appearance of actor Himanshu Soni - the star who played the role of Buddha in the famous TV series "Life of Buddha". After the first video call, Himanshu Soni decided to fly from India to Thailand to meet and talk with Ngoc Son in person.

The meeting took place in a warm and sincere atmosphere. Himanshu Soni expressed his admiration for Ngoc Son's artistic talent, calm demeanor and persistent contributions to Vietnamese music and culture.

Ngoc Son said he was deeply moved by his Indian friend’s kindness. “I have seen and really loved Himanshu Soni’s portrayal of Buddha. In real life, Himanshu is a gentle actor, just like the image of Buddha that he portrayed.”

The male singer also revealed that during the conversation, Himanshu Soni expressed his feelings for Vietnam. The actor said that he wanted to come to Vietnam not for commercial or personal promotion purposes, but simply because of his love for the people and culture here. That made Ngoc Son even more touched and cherish this special relationship.

For this reason, the male singer wishes to organize an intimate exchange between Himanshu Soni and Vietnamese audiences. This will be a cozy meeting, without selling tickets, simply for fans to have the opportunity to meet, chat and express their feelings for the actor. Ngoc Son emphasized that everything will be organized with all his heart, as a gift of gratitude to the audience who love Himanshu and Vietnamese culture.

The male artist believes that although he and Himanshu Soni are not of the same nationality, they are both people who appreciate beauty and humanity. Therefore, the male singer cannot help but be moved when he sees that art is a special bridge between cultures, and this meeting is a living proof of that.
