The police seized nearly 600 kg of fake MSG and seasoning powder of major brands; nearly 50 kg of plastic bags with fake labels of MSG and seasoning powder brands; 2 plastic bag sealing machines and many related exhibits.
Next, the police inspected several stores that bought MSG and seasoning powder from Nguyen Ngoc Son and Dao Thi Yen, seizing a total of more than 100 kg of fake MSG and seasoning powder.
At the police station, Nguyen Ngoc Son and Dao Thi Yen confessed that since the beginning of April, they have purchased MSG , seasoning powder and packaging of unknown origin to package into fake MSG and seasoning powder products of major brands and sell them to stores and traders in Thanh Hoa city and some districts in Thanh Hoa province.
The case is currently being investigated and clarified by professional units of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
