(PLVN) - On the evening of July 14, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon City), the closing ceremony of the 2024 Binh Dinh Land and Sea Quintessence Festival and the Light Festival with the theme "Quy Nhon - Shining Lighthouse" took place.
The 2024 Binh Dinh Land and Sea Quintessence Festival took place from July 11 to 15, with many rich and diverse cultural and culinary activities, attracting a large number of people and tourists inside and outside the province.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, the highlight of the 2024 Binh Dinh Land and Sea Quintessence Festival is the Opening Ceremony held on the evening of July 11 with the theme "Binh Dinh - Aspiration for the Sea" , expressing the quintessence of Binh Dinh land, with cultural values crystallized from thousands of years.
Binh Dinh culinary culture is subtly introduced through the Food Festival "Delicious dishes from the sea" , OCOP products, craft villages, with a scale of more than 100 booths of 69 units inside and outside the province, with hundreds of good quality products, beautifully displayed, attracting a large number of visitors and shoppers. During the 5 days of the Festival, the Festival Organizing Committee treated people and tourists to 1,500 free meals, bringing visitors many interesting and attractive experiences.
Joining the festival atmosphere, traditional art forms of Binh Dinh, such as: Hat Boi, Bai Choi and unique traditional martial arts performances were performed continuously from July 11 to 13.

“It can be affirmed that the 2024 Binh Dinh Land and Sea Quintessence Festival was a great success. I believe that, saying goodbye to Quy Nhon, each of us will carry with us beautiful memories and feelings of the land and friendly and hospitable people of Binh Dinh,” said Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province awarded certificates of merit to encourage collectives and individuals who have made many contributions to the success of the 2024 Land and Sea Quintessence Festival.

Immediately after the closing ceremony of the 2024 Binh Dinh Land and Sea Quintessence Festival, the Light Festival Art Program took place with the theme "Quy Nhon - Shining Lighthouse". The program had the participation of singers and artists from Ho Chi Minh City and abroad, who are currently loved by young people such as: Lyly, Dinh Tung Huy, DJ Valy Mo - international DJ from France, Carnival Foxie team dance group, Binh Minh dance group...
