The working group inspected boats anchored to avoid storms at Lach Truong port.
Through the inspection, the working group requested the Defense Command of Region 2 - Ha Trung to strictly implement the telegrams of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Military Region 4 Command, and Provincial Military Command in storm and flood prevention and control. Strictly maintain the on-duty regime, proactively monitor and grasp the developments of storms and heavy rain; check, supplement, and adjust plans and strategies; deploy prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of barracks. Prepare forces and means to respond promptly and effectively when situations arise. Absolutely ensure the safety of people and means when performing tasks.

The Military Command of Hoang Tien commune proactively advised the local Party Committee and authorities to inspect and review key areas at risk of flash floods, riverbank landslides, and low-lying areas. Support people in tying down and shoring up houses, and evacuating people from dangerous areas. Conduct inspections and ensure the safety of barracks, warehouses, stations, and military activities. Check the technical coefficients and safety status of ships, boats, motorbikes, rescue equipment and vehicles. Continue to promptly notify vehicle owners and captains of ships and boats operating at sea of the location and direction of the storm to find safe shelter.
