On May 15, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Party Committee opened a training course on Party building for Party cell secretaries and grassroots Party committee members in 2023.
During the 3-day period (from May 15 to 17), cadres participating in the training course studied 6 topics including grassroots party organizations and the implementation of political tasks of various types of grassroots party organizations; ideological work of party organizations; organizational work and mass mobilization work of grassroots party organizations; inspection, supervision, and reward and discipline work of grassroots party organizations; tasks of party cell committees, party cell secretaries and improving the quality of party activities; preventing "self-evolution, self-transformation" among cadres and party members. At the same time, the organization exchanged, discussed, and resolved difficulties and problems in the process of implementing party organization and building work in agencies and units.
In his opening speech, Colonel Pham Huu Chien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard, emphasized that the comprehensive strength of grassroots party organizations depends largely on the leaders, who are the Party cell secretaries and Party committee members. Therefore, training in party work for this group is very important in improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, contributing to the successful implementation of all assigned tasks.
