At the Ceremony, Ms. Do Thi Phong Lan - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced Decision No. 1012/QD-BXD dated September 26, 2023 of the Minister of Construction on the temporary appointment of journalist Ly Ngoc Thanh - Head of the Editorial Board of Construction Magazine to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Construction Magazine. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Bui Hong Minh presented the Decision of the Minister of Construction to Journalist Ly Ngoc Thanh; at the same time, congratulated him on being trusted by the Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Construction to take on a new task.
Deputy Minister Bui Hong Minh hopes that in his new position, Mr. Ly Ngoc Thanh will continue to promote his advantages, unite with the leadership, staff and reporters of Construction Magazine to complete the tasks assigned by the Ministry, and further develop the Magazine.
With sincere thanks to the Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Construction for entrusting him with the new responsibility, the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Construction Magazine, Ly Ngoc Thanh, promises to devote all his enthusiasm, experience, and unite with the team of leaders, reporters, and editors to best implement and complete the assigned tasks and goals, contributing to the further development of Construction Magazine.
Mr. Ly Ngoc Thanh, born in 1976, has a Bachelor of Journalism. Before being appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Construction Magazine, Mr. Ly Ngoc Thanh has held many positions such as: Reporter, Deputy Head of the Editorial Secretary of Construction Newspaper; Representative of Urban People Magazine in Hanoi ; Head of the Editorial Secretary Department, Director of the Center for Radio and Television of Natural Resources and Environment (Resources and Environment Newspaper); Head of the Editorial Board of Construction Magazine.
