The 30 auctioned lots in Dong Phuong area have a starting price of 23.5 million VND/m2. After 1 round, the winning bids for the lots range from 30 million VND to 60 million VND/m2. Notably, many customers won many lots and won at very high prices. For example, with lots DG03, DG04, DG05, DG07, the winning bids were all from 1 customer; lots DG08, DG09, DG14 also had winning bids from 1 customer.

At the land lot, there are many real estate floors hanging signs and setting up umbrellas to welcome customers. Among them, the floors offer to sell each lot with a difference of 200 million to 600 million VND/lot.

Ms. Hoang Kim Ngoc, residing in Phuc Tho district, said that at this auction, she participated in the auction of 3 plots of land and won 2. Of which, 1 plot had a winning price of 40.8 million VND/m2 and 1 plot had a winning price of 41.8 million VND/m2. In addition, her husband also participated in the auction and won 1 plot. Immediately after Ms. Ngoc won the auction, a customer asked to resell. Ms. Ngoc said that she is an investor so she will sell everything, however, she and her husband will discuss the price difference before deciding.

At the Dong Phuong auction site, many investors came to learn about the infrastructure of the plots after the auction. A customer said that because the location of the land was very beautiful, the price was around 60-70 million VND/m2. However, because the auction was only one round and the starting price was high, investors were also "timid", not daring to pay too high a price and then "broke" the deposit. Therefore, the winning bid price at this land plot did not have many fluctuations like in Thanh Oai and Hoai Duc.
