From November 15, Ho Chi Minh City Inland Waterways Port Authority (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport) will not collect administrative procedure fees and charges in cash.
Payment method through the 24/7 system of commercial banks. Specific information is as follows: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, bank account number according to the instructions of the fee and charge collector under the Ho Chi Minh City Inland Waterways Port Authority.

- Case 1: Pay fees and charges for entering and leaving inland ports and wharves: SODANGKY_NGAY (Example: SG1111_01/07/2023).
- Case 2: Pay inland waterway reporting fees and charges: SODANGKY_TRINHBAO_NGAY (Example: SG1111_TRINHBAO_01/07/2023)
- Case 3: Pay the fee for appraisal, approval of security assessment, security plan of inland waterway port receiving foreign watercraft: TENCANG_NGAY (Example: CANGA_01/07/2023).
