CapitaLand Development (CLD) has just announced the high-end project The Senique Hanoi with a total development value of over 600 million Singapore dollars (equivalent to 10,800 billion VND).
The Senique Hanoi has an area of about 2.1 hectares, located in the Ocean City complex. The Senique Hanoi is expected to start construction in the third quarter of 2024 and be handed over in 2027. The project is conveniently connected to the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway, 30 minutes from the financial center, and 40 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport. After metro lines 1 and 8 are completed, the project's traffic connectivity will be further enhanced.
The project offers approximately 2,150 apartments in three 37-storey towers and is being developed in two phases. Customers can choose from a variety of apartment types, from 1 bedroom with an area of 42m2, to 4 bedrooms with an area of up to 186m2. The project also integrates duplex and penthouse apartments with an area of 118m2 - 430m2. The Senique Hanoi is the first project in the Eastern region of the capital to provide bathrooms designed according to safety standards for the elderly. This facility will be designed in 2-bedroom apartments with an area of 80m2 or more, as well as 3 or 4-bedroom apartments.

The Senique Hanoi promises to bring a new and vibrant lifestyle in a harmonious space with green landscape and winding lake. Previously, in June 2024, Vinhomes announced the planning of Ocean City in the East of Hanoi with a total area of 1,200 hectares. The project is synchronized from 3 Vinhomes urban areas in the East of Hanoi, namely Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, 2, 3. Currently, there are more than 60,000 residents and it is expected that there will be up to 200,000 people in the future.
CapitaLand Development is the investor whose Lumi Hanoi project has caused a stir with its high selling price and large number of reservations. According to the investor's announcement, more than 3,100 apartments, equivalent to 97% of the total number of apartments introduced in the first two phases, have attracted customers' attention.
Up to now, in the Vietnamese market, CLD has developed 18 housing projects, providing more than 18,000 luxury apartments to the market.
