At the meeting, after the speech of the representative of Dien Chau District People's Committee, households were once again informed about the support policies when reclaiming land and the impact of the construction process of works in general and the North-South expressway project, Dien Chau - Bai Vot section in particular.
Previously, on April 26, because they had not received additional support because their houses were affected during the construction of the expressway through the area, a few households in Hamlet 2, Dien Phu Commune, brought trees up to obstruct the construction of the expressway.
Therefore, Dien Chau District People's Committee invited Project Management Board 6 ( Ministry of Transport ) and the expressway investment project enterprise, Phuc Thanh Hung Company Limited, to organize a dialogue, requesting households to remove obstacles. Here, Dien Chau District invited the Department of Construction to appraise the affected works as a basis for compensation and support; at the same time, established a Working Group to conduct verification and propaganda to mobilize people.
Implementing the commitment at the dialogue session, right after the April 30 and May 1 holidays, on the afternoon of May 3, the enterprise investing in the expressway project together with the People's Committee of Dien Chau district went to the People's Committee of Dien Phu commune to pay for 5 affected households in hamlet 2 as committed and all households agreed to receive the support money./.
