Proactively respond to storm Trami near the East Sea

Accordingly, dispatch No. 09/CD-PCTT dated October 23 of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue of Ha Tinh province requested localities and units to closely monitor the storm's developments, manage vessels going out to sea; organize counting and notify owners of vessels and captains of vessels operating at sea of the location, direction of movement and developments of the storm to proactively avoid, escape or not move into dangerous areas.

Maintain communication with vehicle owners to promptly handle any bad situations that may arise. Prepare forces and vehicles for rescue when requested. The Hydrometeorological Station regularly updates the storm situation, providing information for localities to proactively respond.

The storm's developments are still very complicated and unpredictable. Localities and units are requested to regularly update and monitor to have proactive solutions for prevention and timely and effective response.

From 8:00 a.m. on October 23, Boc Nguyen reservoir maintains overflow discharge from 5m3/s - 120 m3/s

It is known that in the past few days, Ha Tinh province has had heavy rains. Nam Ha Tinh Irrigation One Member Co., Ltd. has discharged water from Kim Son reservoir, Thuong Song Tri reservoir, and Boc Nguyen reservoir with a discharge flow of ^5m3 /s- ^120m3 /s. At the same time, it has notified and instructed people to take measures to ensure the safety of people and property, and be ready to respond to possible incidents.
