Implementing the Project on dissolution, termination of operation and transfer of grassroots trade unions of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union announced the decision to dissolve the organization, terminate the operation of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of 32 grassroots trade unions; dismiss 2,699 union members in administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of state budget salary, from June 25, 2025.

Grassroots trade unions are responsible for handing over accounting and financial records and documents to the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union for management. At the same time, grassroot trade unions must submit their seals, seal sample certificates, and seal molds to competent authorities in accordance with the law.
At the conference, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Trade Union announced the decision to transfer 22 grassroots trade unions and 1,100 union members in enterprises, trade unions, and public service units according to regulations to the Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation, from June 30, 2025.
Trade unions continue to maintain good operations, not to interrupt operations; ensure completion of settlement work, finalize financial data, and compile statistics on union members and workers to serve the transition work.
