On the afternoon of February 13, a representative of Than Uyen District Police ( Lai Chau ) said that the unit had just drawn up a record against Ms. Lim Thi T (26 years old, residing in Phuc Than Commune, Than Uyen District, Lai Chau ) for the act of taking advantage of social networks to provide and share fake information, false information, distorted information, slander, and insulting the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor, and dignity of individuals.

Earlier, on the morning of February 13, the Lai Chau Provincial Police Facebook page received a report that the account "Linh Nhi" posted on Facebook content insulting the traffic police on duty.

According to the police, Ms. T is the person who posted this content, the image in the article is in Muong Kim commune (Than Uyen district).

At the police station, Ms. T admitted to taking photos of the traffic police and posting them on Facebook with insulting words to gain likes, increase interactions, and at the same time inform her friends that there was a traffic police checkpoint on duty.
