Previously, Quan lent Ms. NTLP 13 million VND. Ms. P. paid the total interest and principal of more than 11 million VND and then stopped paying.

After a period of "interest on interest", Quan calculated that the amount of money Ms. P. owed was more than 12 million VND. After coming to Ms. P.'s house many times to collect the money but failing, Quan wrote graffiti on Ms. P.'s wall to mentally intimidate her and force her and her relatives to pay the debt.

Then, Quan hired Son and Du to throw paint on Ms. P's house for a salary of 1 million VND.

At the police station, all three confessed to their actions. The police are currently continuing to consolidate their files and process the three suspects.
