Announcement of the establishment of Hanoi City Civil Judgment Enforcement and appointment of staff

On July 8, the Ministry of Justice held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Hanoi Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency (CJEA) and hand over decisions on personnel work.

According to the newly announced decision, the new organizational structure of Hanoi City THADS includes 18 units.

Mr. Pham Van Dung, Head of Hanoi City People's Committee, delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

Regarding personnel, Mr. Pham Van Dung, Director of the Hanoi City Department of Natural Resources and Environment (formerly) holds the position of Head of the Hanoi City Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Deputy Heads of the Hanoi City Department of Natural Resources and Environment include Mr./Ms. Tran Quoc Thai, Vu Hong Duong, Nguyen Thi Thanh Tu.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Hong Son, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, congratulated the change in the model of the THADS agency with the belief that the new one will be more progressive and developed. Forecasting that there will be some work to be done and overcome in the beginning, Vice Chairman Le Hong Son noted: "THADS needs to immediately design a working relationship with 126 communes and wards of Hanoi; strengthening coordination, especially in the enforcement of THADS, is a very difficult and complicated task, while the prerequisite is not to let the work be interrupted".

On behalf of the Party Standing Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi congratulated the Hanoi City People's Court on the announcement of the new operating model, and emphasized that the People's Court is the final stage of the litigation process, with an important position and significance in protecting the strictness of the law, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and organizations, enforcing justice, contributing to building a society of order, discipline and stability; unblocking financial resources, promoting local production and business development; recovering misappropriated and lost assets, and strengthening people's trust in preventing and combating corruption.
