Handshake between CT Solar Home and international businesses on rooftop solar energy development
CT Solar Homes (a member of CT Group) and international enterprises: Novaren ASIA, Novasia Energy, Groupe Duval, Ukko Renewable, SAPI have just signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deploy self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power projects.
On the morning of December 18, 2024, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony took place to deploy self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power projects, integrating off-grid battery energy storage systems (BESS), and applying the most advanced new energy technologies with an estimated total investment value of 500 million USD.
The agreement was signed between CT Solar Homes (a member of CT Group) and international enterprises: Novaren ASIA, Novasia Energy, Groupe Duval, Ukko Renewable, SAPI.
Accordingly, CT Solar is implementing high-tech production models and using renewable energy. With this historic agreement, the parties aim to achieve a total capacity of 1.2 GWp by 2030, with an estimated total investment of 500 million USD, to be implemented according to a detailed development roadmap in the next 5 years.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, the parties will quickly deploy the first pilot projects in key economic regions in the South such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Long An ... to widely replicate the rooftop solar power model integrated with battery energy storage system (BESS), especially in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segments.
With the advantage of not being loaded onto the national grid, these systems not only optimize on-site energy use, reduce pressure on the power infrastructure, but also help many businesses go green and meet ESG standards. In addition, CCTPA, another member of CT group, also joins in creating carbon credits to support buying and selling transactions.
