Accordingly, the total number of shares successfully issued is more than 67 million shares, equivalent to 100% of the total number of shares issued privately for sale. All of these shares issued privately will be restricted from transfer for one year from the date of closing of the offering.

With the amount of money raised, Phat Dat plans to pay off all principal and interest on bonds issued in 2021 and 2022. Accordingly, Phat Dat will completely bring the outstanding bond balance to 0 by the end of 2023.

Within 1 month after receiving the notice from the State Securities Commission on receiving complete and valid documents from Phat Dat, professional securities investors in the private share issuance have completed the full payment.

It is expected that by the end of 2023, Phat Dat will no longer have bond debt.

According to a leader of Phat Dat, despite facing many challenges from the market, the company still strives to buy back bonds on time as committed to bondholders. Since the beginning of 2023, Phat Dat has settled 5 bond lots and bought back before maturity with a total value of more than 1,500 billion VND.

Phat Dat is also focusing on developing large-scale real estate projects. Recently, a series of Phat Dat projects have received good news about legal issues such as Astral City, Thuan An 1 & 2 high-rise complex housing project ( Binh Duong province), Bac Ha Thanh urban area project (Binh Dinh province)... were granted construction permits.
