The program opened with the talented performance of the young rock band Bin & Soc through the presentation of vibrant Vietnamese and international rock songs. The bustling melody along with the lighting effects from the LED lights will bring the audience an emotional musical space on the coast of Phan Thiet.
Organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the participation of artists from the Binh Thuan Provincial Cultural Center, the Bien Xanh Song and Dance Troupe and several bands from Ho Chi Minh City, the art program "Welcome to the New Year 2024" brought to the audience special dance and singing performances with many singers such as: Thanh Duy, Quoc Phu , Bao Thai, Phuong Tram, Nam Khanh dance troupe, Sac Viet dance troupe, 123 dance troupe... Especially, at the moment of transition between the old year and the new year, the low-altitude fireworks performance brought to the audience and people of Phan Thiet city to enjoy a complete "party" of art. This event will be a mark to end a successful year for the tourism industry of Binh Thuan province after successfully organizing the National Tourism Year 2023 " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence".
Amidst the moments of welcoming the new year 2024, the program continues with spring singing and dancing performances by the Provincial Cultural Center. With a duration of nearly 120 minutes (from 20:05 - 22:00), singers and bands will send the audience melodies and lyrics honoring spring and love. These are cheerful songs such as: Old stories left behind; Full Tet; Sunshine still spring; Wish spring; Happy New Year... In particular, the stage will be filled with colorful music through songs performed by the Huynh James & Pjnboys group, rock band Ci - Ista (HCMC) and modern dance performances.
In part 2 of the program Welcome the New Year 2024, performed by the Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater. Artists, singers, and actors of the Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater performed the following dances: Caraval Ballroom; Desire for Love; Song and Dance Medley Spring Comes to the Sea and Happy New Year. Interspersed with magical dances are songs about the homeland, the new year, and love such as: Spring of Love, Beautiful Vietnam; Cut in Half Sorrow; Sweet Honey; Lonely on the Sofa; Desire for Love; Samba for You; What Do You Dream of, My Lover... along with famous songs from around the world, as a blessing to everyone for a year full of joy and luck.
The audience will continue to “burn themselves out” with the vibrant dances and lyrics and the immortal song “Happy New Year” from the Chorus, the actors and the audience sing along to the famous melody. At the same time, low-altitude fireworks behind the stage will also start to explode… the sky of the coastal city will light up amidst the notes of the lyrics welcoming the new year.
The last day of the year, closing all worries, all burdens are lifted, leaving only moments of stillness and peace... The last day of the year, closing the old year, letting your heart expand and lighten, joyfully preparing to welcome the new year with all faith and hope for the good things in life.
