On behalf of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, the Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City acknowledged the sense of responsibility and contributions of voters; at the same time, informed about some outstanding results on the socio -economic development of the province and city in recent times. In particular, Dong Hai ward needs to focus on developing the marine economy in accordance with the direction set by the province.
