On the morning of August 7, Hanoi City Police organized a rehearsal for the parade to celebrate "Festival for a Peaceful Capital" in the Hoan Kiem Lake area.

Participating in the rehearsal, in addition to 3,000 officers and soldiers of Hanoi City Police, there were also nearly 250 modern vehicles and equipment serving the work of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the capital.
