At the conference, on behalf of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command directly briefed on the key contents of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure. Specifically: Detailed outline of the Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party; Detailed outline of the Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030; Outline of the Report of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party's charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Summary report of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo and the draft Directive of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

At the conference, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command also organized to disseminate and implement Directive 31 dated March 19, 2024 of the Secretariat on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over occupational safety and hygiene in the new situation.
