At the conference, the Emulation Bloc of the provincial Party agencies voted unanimously to propose the Prime Minister to award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and to award certificates of merit to Hai Duong Newspaper and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was elected as Head of the emulation bloc of provincial Party agencies in 2025. Hai Duong Newspaper and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee were elected as Deputy Heads of the emulation bloc.
