Outstanding loans of priority lending programs as of April 30 achieved many results. Specifically, loans for agriculture and rural areas reached VND28,750 billion (up 2.65% compared to the previous month, accounting for 26.1% of total outstanding loans); export loans reached VND1,780 billion (up 7.88% compared to the previous month, accounting for 1.61% of total outstanding loans); loans for small and medium enterprises reached VND15,450 billion (up 9.06% compared to the previous month, accounting for 14% of total outstanding loans); loans for supporting industries reached VND4,800 billion (up 1.05% compared to the previous month, accounting for 4.35% of total outstanding loans)...
Regarding social housing loans, up to now, the province has 3 projects with land funds for social housing development that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy and are being implemented. Credit institutions have actively supported and created conditions for project owners to borrow capital, however, investors have not proposed loan needs for the above projects.
Regarding the policy of restructuring debt repayment terms for customers according to Circular No. 02 of the State Bank of Vietnam , by the end of April, the total accumulated debt value (principal and interest) that had been restructured for repayment terms was VND 1,174.57 billion for 340 customers (274 individuals, 65 enterprises and 1 cooperative union).
