Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi, Principal of HSB, expected that in the next 10 years, 80% of today's graduates will become CEOs, presidents or at least key staff of medium-sized enterprises. The remaining 20% will become leaders, administrators of the public sector, civil servants, public employees, and leaders of domestic and foreign organizations.
To achieve the above results, he said that at first you will probably start with opening the door, pouring water and making tea, being a secretary, assistant... and new graduates should accept the reality when they graduate.
" I advise you not to let the internet, AI, and social networks control you and make you dependent on them. Don't get absorbed in boring video games. Study hard and work hard to help yourself, your family, the poor, and society. You need to take advantage of your time to expand your social relationships. Money is limited, but human power is limitless, " said Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi.
The second advice for new graduates given by the Principal of HSB is to accept any job in a business, whether small or large, with the responsibility to learn, so that after 5 years you can become a boss or change jobs. You need to accept difficulties and hardships in the short term, even 5 years or 10 years, so that in the long term you can stabilize your job.
" Third advice, the Internet is everywhere now, don't let work get you down, don't text or call your grandparents, parents, or teachers once a year, " said Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi.
The Principal of HSB hopes that each new graduate will study hard, work hard, live kindly, and be creative every day to help their families, society, and country, which still face many difficulties.
" Nothing is difficult, we just have to be a little lazy every day. Don't think that those at the peak of glory, professors or associate professors, don't know how to work, don't know how to share with the poor, with those in difficulty ," the Principal expressed.

As the cradle of origin and development of the first non-traditional Security Management academic school in Vietnam, HSB pioneers in building a completely new academic direction - combining modern management thinking and an interdisciplinary approach to non-traditional security challenges in an era of change.
Based on the foundation of pioneering learning theories and the philosophy of "learning to do, learning to change", HSB designs and implements a systematic formal training program system at all three levels: bachelor's, master's and doctorate.
