The candidate's bonus points are determined by the sum of the priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the bonus points prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security, according to the formula: DC = DUT + Dth. In 2023, the total enrollment target for new regular university students at the People's Public Security academies and schools is 2,000; the enrollment target for the intermediate level of the People's Public Security is nearly 1,200.

Method 3: Admission is based on a combination of high school graduation exam results and the assessment test results of the Ministry of Public Security. In which, the assessment test score of the Ministry of Public Security accounts for 60% of the admission score and the combined score of the high school exam accounts for 40% of the admission score.
