In this decision, the Provincial People's Committee will adjust and supplement a total of 5 intra-provincial bus routes that have been approved in the list in Decision No. 1367/QD-UBND dated May 20, 2019 and related amendments and supplements. In particular, adjusting the detailed list of 4 intra-provincial bus routes in Lao Cai city and connecting Lao Cai city with Bac Ha district. Supplementing the detailed list of 1 intra-provincial bus route connecting Lao Cai city and Bac Ha district (running along the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway).
Along with that, adjust, supplement and remove a total of 116 detailed lists of intra-provincial fixed routes in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 1367/QD-UBND dated May 20, 2019 and related amendments and supplements. Of which, adjust 69 detailed lists of intra-provincial fixed routes; add 1 detailed list of intra-provincial fixed routes and remove 46 detailed lists of intra-provincial fixed routes (routes connecting to type 7 bus stations that have stopped operating).
The Provincial People's Committee requests that bus stations and transport businesses and cooperatives are responsible for strictly implementing the regulations on transport activities and the contents of the list of transport routes announced by the competent authority. Bus stations shall notify and suspend or terminate operations according to the time announced by the competent authority.
Based on the list of adjusted, supplemented and eliminated transport routes, the Department of Transport is responsible for publicly announcing the list of fixed passenger transport routes and intra-provincial road bus routes; continuing to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to implement the development of infrastructure serving fixed-route passenger transport.
