On August 6, Dak Lak Provincial Police announced that they had decided to transfer Mr. NAN out of the Traffic Police force.
According to Dak Lak Provincial Police, officer N. was transferred because he had made inappropriate statements and actions, violating regulations on cultural conduct, etiquette, and manners of police officers when interacting with the public.

During the alcohol test, a traffic police officer named N. and a man on a motorbike had an argument. Officer N. asked: "Did you do a little bit yesterday?". The man replied: I haven't drank or smoked for 5 years.
After that, officer N. had inappropriate behavior and words towards the man on the motorbike such as "your mouth stinks" and some other inappropriate words.
The entire incident was recorded on camera and posted on social media, causing a stir in public opinion. The incident is believed to have occurred on the morning of June 21.
After the clip was posted, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police inspected and determined that Mr. N.'s behavior violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, violated the exemplary responsibility of cadres, party members and the behavioral culture of the People's Police, affecting the reputation and image of the Dak Lak Provincial Police force in general and the image of the Traffic Police force in particular.
