COLD AIR INCREASES AND COLD
Currently (February 27), the cold air has affected the weather in some places in the Northeast. In the Gulf of Tonkin, there are strong northeast winds of level 5.

On land: Northeast wind inland gradually strengthens to level 2-3, coastal areas level 3. The North Central region continues to be cold. At sea: in the northern area of Bac Bo Gulf, there will be strong northeast winds at level 5, gusting to level 7, with waves 1.0-2.5m high; in the northeastern area of the North East Sea, there will continue to be strong northeast winds at level 6, gusting to level 7-8, with rough seas; waves 2.0-4.5m high.
