At the ceremony, the Duy Xuyen District Labor Federation announced the admission of 27 union members who are workers and laborers working at the company into the union organization and handed over the decision to establish the Viet Huong Ceramic Tile Production Company's Trade Union, appointing a provisional Executive Committee of 3 members, with Mr. Ho Dai Nghia as provisional Chairman of the company's Trade Union.

It is known that in 2024, Duy Xuyen District Labor Federation will establish 4 new grassroots unions in non-state enterprises, develop 122 new union members, bringing the total number of grassroots unions managed by the district Labor Federation to 107.
