With a high percentage of votes from shareholders at the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Eximbank, Mr. Tran Tan Loc and Mr. Nguyen Canh Anh were elected as members of the Board of Directors for the 7th term (2020 - 2025).

Mr. Tran Tan Loc, born in 1969, is currently the General Director of Eximbank. Mr. Loc started working at Eximbank in 1994. With nearly 30 years of working at Eximbank, Mr. Loc has made many contributions to the development of the bank over many periods.
Mr. Nguyen Canh Anh, born in 1979, has a Master's degree in International Financial Management in France. Mr. Canh Anh has nearly 20 years of experience in fields such as auditing, accounting, investment, and financial management.
Mr. Tran Tan Loc and Mr. Nguyen Canh Anh are capable and experienced personnel; the General Meeting of Shareholders expects that together with the current members of the Board of Directors, they will successfully implement the system restructuring process, on the basis of safety, efficiency and transparency, towards new goals, regaining the "top" position in the banking system.
