Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that it will list shares of F88 Investment Joint Stock Company on the UPCoM market from August 8, 2025.
Accordingly, more than 8.26 million F88 shares, par value 10,000 VND/share, will be put into trading with a total registered value of nearly 82.65 billion VND. The reference price on the first trading day is determined to be 634,900 VND/share, equivalent to a capitalization of 5,244 billion VND. This is the highest level among the codes currently listed and traded on all three exchanges.
Established in 2013, F88 is currently one of the leading businesses in the field of asset-backed lending in Vietnam, focusing on serving ordinary customers, freelancers and those who do not have access to traditional banking and financial services.
In the second quarter of 2025, F88 recorded revenue of VND 925 billion, up 30% and pre-tax profit of VND 189 billion, up 220% over the same period.
F88 is about to trade on UPCoM at 634,900 VND/share.
The results came from the company's accelerated disbursement, up 47% and increasing outstanding loan size by about 45%, combined with continued discipline in risk management.
By the end of the first 6 months of 2025, F88 had 888 stores in operation - completing 100% of the year's expansion plan. Net debt reached VND 5,543 billion, total revenue reached VND 1,744 billion and accumulated pre-tax profit from the beginning of the year reached VND 321 billion, equivalent to 48% of the yearly plan.
F88 said it opened 20 more stores in the first half of the year, bringing the total to 888. In the second quarter, the rate of new customers increased by nearly 20% and the number of new loan contracts increased by more than 76%. The rate of customers using the My F88 application to borrow increased from 5% in the first quarter to 23% in the second quarter.
