FIFA confirmed that Khanh Hoa Football Club has fulfilled its financial obligations to player Mammadou Guirassy (Guinean).

Previously, Khanh Hoa Club owed this player 3 months' salary, plus fines and interest for late payment of about 700 million VND.

Mammadou Guirassy brought this issue to FIFA and the World Football Federation to ban the coastal city team from transferring players between August this year and the end of August next year.

This period coincides with 2 summer transfer periods and 1 winter transfer period, according to global football player transfer practices. In total, Khanh Hoa Club is banned in 3 transfer periods.

However, this ban has been lifted and Khanh Hoa Club is ready for the 2024-2025 National First Division football tournament.
