Thien An Orphanage was established in 1999 and has become a loving home for the visually impaired. This small home is currently taking care of more than 40 people who are unfortunately disabled.

In order to share some of the difficulties and encourage the spirits of the less fortunate at Thien An Shelter, Gcoop Vietnam's "Gcooper Heart" Charity Fund donated 500kg of rice, nearly 100 gifts of General Balance Vitamin C, General Balance Vitamin D health protection foods and 15 cartons of milk with a total value of up to 60 million VND.

Mr. Seo Jeong Hun - Chairman of Gcoop Global said: "Although the value of the gift is not large, it is a small contribution to encourage and share the difficulties with the less fortunate disabled people, unfortunately blind, to partly light up the light of belief to help them rise up in life.

It can be seen that, although the major disability hinders daily activities, we still feel the strong faith in life, the optimistic spirit and the bright smiles on the lips of everyone here.

In the coming time, Gcoop Global in general and Gcoop Vietnam in particular will continue to have more charity programs to demonstrate responsibility to the community in line with the corporate philosophy of contributing to creating a better society."

The staff and members at Thien An Shelter expressed their emotions and deep gratitude for the concern, kindness and noble gesture of the Delegation.

In addition to sustainable business development, Gcoop Vietnam always actively implements and participates in social activities, shows solidarity with people in difficult circumstances, and joins hands to contribute to the sustainable development of the community because "once given, love will last forever".
