Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha to use land in Hoa Chinh commune, Chuong My district to build Ha Pagoda and Vinh Phuc Pagoda.


Using 900.4m2 of land in Hoa Chinh commune, Chuong My district to build Ha Pagoda

The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 497/QD-UBND dated January 24 on assigning the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha to use 900.4 square meters of land in Hoa Chinh commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi to build Ha Pagoda.

Specifically, land use purpose: Religious land. Land use term: Long-term stability.

The location, area and boundaries of the land are determined on the 1/500 scale current map prepared by Dai Viet Geodetic, Mapping and Construction Joint Stock Company in February 2015; confirmed by Hoa Chinh Commune People's Committee on February 25, 2015; confirmed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on March 16, 2015.

Form of land use: The State recognizes land use rights such as the State allocating land without collecting land use fees.

The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land according to regulations.

Manage and use houses and land according to the provisions of law; When carrying out conservation, restoration, investment in new construction or renovation of construction works on land, it is necessary to contact specialized authorities to carry out relevant procedures according to regulations.

Using 2,554.3m2 of land in Hoa Chinh commune, Chuong My district to build Vinh Phuc Pagoda

The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 495/QD-UBND dated January 24 on assigning the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha to use 2,554.3 square meters of land in Hoa Chinh commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi to build Vinh Phuc Pagoda as follows:

Land use term: Long-term stability.
