On the afternoon of January 18, the Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work. Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of the Provincial Police Department chaired the ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were: Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai; Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Tu Anh, along with members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Personnel Organization Department (Ha Tinh Provincial Police) announced Decision No. 189 dated January 16, 2024 of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung - Head of Ha Tinh City Police to hold the position of Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police.
