Up to now, 20/20 grassroots trade unions directly above the grassroots level in Ha Tinh have completed organizing congresses for the 2023-2028 term, ensuring the set targets and quality.
Ha Tinh Trade Union currently has 20 direct grassroots trade unions, including 13 district, town and city trade unions and 7 industry trade unions.
Ha Tinh has completed the congress of the trade union at the direct superior level.
After completing the grassroots congress at the end of May 2023, Ha Tinh Trade Union started to organize the congress of the direct superior union from June 9, 2023. To date, the whole province has completed organizing the congress at 100% of the direct superior union units.
The congress was organized in accordance with regulations; the format was solemn and economical; the leadership and direction were resolute and synchronous; and the implementation was based on the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development".
The congress was conducted in accordance with regulations.
The development of documents, programs, personnel work, and election procedures closely followed the instructions of the superior union. The political report fully assessed the results of implementing the union congress resolution for the 2017-2022 term; proposed directions, breakthroughs, tasks, and groups of solutions suitable for the 2023-2028 term.
Along with focusing on organizing quality-assured congresses, units also actively launched a vibrant emulation movement, building thousands of meaningful works and projects to celebrate.
The success of the congress of the trade union at the grassroots level is an important premise for the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.
Although the completion was later than expected due to problems in personnel work (some chairmen of the trade unions at the grassroots level have held the position for 2 terms, had to be rotated and transferred; waiting for new personnel arrangement...), the success of the congress of the trade unions at the grassroots level will be an important premise for the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.
