In 2025, Hai Duong province was assigned to recruit 2,500 male citizens, equivalent to the previous year, for 14 military recruiting units.

Of which, 10 units of the Ministry of National Defense are: General Staff, General Department of Politics, Command of the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Logistics Academy, Military Technical Academy, Army Corps 12, Air Defense - Air Force, Navy, Artillery, Engineering Corps). 4 units of Military Region 3 are: Division 395, Defense Economic Group 327, Provincial Military Command, Brigade 405.

After the provincial and district level coordination conferences, a military transfer and reception conference will be held before December 30, 2024. Finalize the number of troops and issue a call-up order for citizens to join the army from January 16-26, 2025. The time for military transfer and reception is February 13, 2025.

To select and call citizens to join the army, the Provincial Military Command requested districts, towns and cities in the province to strictly implement the plan and closely coordinate with local military units to create high unity in military recruitment, fulfilling 100% of the quota, and with good quality.
