On December 18, a representative of Residential Group 83 (Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) said that they were coordinating with the ward police to extract security cameras and investigate a group of teenagers who set off homemade fireworks right in the middle of a residential area, causing panic among residents.

The incident occurred at 3:54 p.m. on December 17 at the Hoa Khanh apartment complex (Hoa Khanh Bac ward). At that time, residents were shocked to hear two loud explosions coming from the side of the apartment building.
Residents of this apartment building reported to the building management. The apartment building security force checked the camera and discovered that at that time, a group of 5 teenagers went to the soccer field area next to building B1 to play.

At this time, one of the group brought homemade firecrackers into the house being built next to the soccer field to set it on fire. Not stopping there, another teenager also took firecrackers and set them off right in the soccer field area.
In a short time, the firecracker exploded loudly with sparks.
After causing the incident, the group left. At the scene, the authorities recorded the smell of firecrackers.
