Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Truong Tien Hoi - head of the Tay Ho Palace relic management subcommittee - said that to ensure the safety of people visiting the palace, the unit has coordinated with Tay Ho District Police to arrange forces to be on duty at the entrance and worship points to be ready to handle any unexpected incidents.
"Thanks to that, up to now, there has been no recorded case of anyone coming to the office losing property or having their pockets picked," Mr. Hoi informed.
At the same time, the government also banned people from burning incense inside places of worship to limit the risk of fire and explosion. In addition, according to him, Tay Ho government also banned the bringing of votive papers and effigies into the government to burn, instead only allowing the burning of votive paper money.
