Messi has not played for Inter Miami for nearly a month, causing many to worry about the Argentine superstar's fitness ahead of the match against Uruguay in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in South America.
However, coach Lionel Scaloni reassured fans by affirming that the number 10 striker is ready to play in the best condition. The head coach of the Argentina team said: "Messi is very good. He has trained well in the past days.
Although Messi has only played one match in the past 25 days, he has been training normally. Therefore, I can confirm that Messi is still healthy and doing a good job."
