Recently, in addition to policies on tuition exemption and reduction, support for learning costs and tuition fee payment according to Government regulations, many provinces and cities have issued Resolutions on tuition fee support policies for preschool and primary school students in the area.

The Ministry of Education and Training highly appreciates the attention and care of provinces and cities for education and shares difficulties with parents and students.

Storm No. 3 (Yagi) and the floods following the storm have had a severe impact on many provinces and cities.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to consider and decide on tuition support and exemption for preschool children and primary school students based on their authority and current legal regulations to share and support parents and students, especially students in areas affected by storms, floods and natural disasters.

At the same time, instruct students to contact local authorities to request confirmation of family's sudden financial difficulties to apply for credit loans and support for studying.
