Here, Miss Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen presented 200 million VND to the Nam Dinh Provincial Relief Fund - a fund managed by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee as a permanent agency, to support and help people in the province affected by natural disasters.

On behalf of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province and the provincial Relief Fund, Mr. Tran Dang An, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province, received the above donation from Miss Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen; thanked the beauty queen for her sentiments, sharing and practical help for people affected by natural disasters, including her hometown Nam Dinh.

Miss Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, 28 years old, was born and raised in Nam Dinh City, was a student in the French language class at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted (Nam Dinh City), then studied at Hanoi Foreign Trade University. 10 years ago, she was crowned Miss Vietnam in 2014, recently she continued to win the Miss crown in the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 contest, and will soon represent Vietnam to attend the Miss Universe 2024 contest held in Mexico.

Talking to the officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province after handing over the donation money, Miss Ky Duyen said that on the night of her coronation as Miss Universe Vietnam 2024, she expressed her desire to spend 500 million VND to help people in the North affected by storm No. 3.

“Today I started to fulfill that wish and my hometown Nam Dinh is the first place I chose to return to share and help,” she confided and asked many questions to learn about the damage caused by the storm in her hometown and the northern provinces.
