Nutifood Football Academy has 3 players participating in U23 Southeast Asia

Head coach Kim Sang Sik has officially finalized the list of 23 players for the Vietnam U23 team to participate in the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship in Indonesia from July 15 to July 29. Nutifood Football Academy has 3 players called up.

Specifically, 3 young players who grew up from Nutifood Football Academy were on the list to go to Indonesia this time, including: striker Nguyen Quoc Viet, center back Pham Ly Duc and Nguyen Nhat Minh.

This is a valuable opportunity for young strikers of Nutifood Football Academy to gain international competition experience and continue their golden dream with U23 Vietnam. Previously, U23 Vietnam had reduced the number of players from 35 to 28 after two practice matches with U23 Chinese Taipei. The official list of 23 players was finalized on July 12, based on performance, ability to respond to tactics and competition in each position.

In the group stage, U23 Vietnam is in Group B with U23 Laos and U23 Cambodia, competing on July 19 and July 22 respectively.
