DNVN - On February 26, the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS) will hold its 10th anniversary celebration, a milestone affirming the maturity and sustainable progress of VARS in the journey of developing the real estate brokerage profession in the Vietnamese market.
The event marks a decade of VARS accompanying the real estate business community, affirming its pioneering role in connecting, enhancing professional values and contributing to the development of the Vietnamese real estate market.
Over the past 10 years, we have grown enough to mark the continuous efforts, dedicated contributions and proud achievements of those working in the real estate brokerage profession. Thereby, connecting individuals and organizations in the real estate industry, creating a professional and trustworthy brokerage environment.
To achieve this, VARS has continuously promoted in-depth training activities, providing updated knowledge about the market, laws and new trends for real estate brokers. VARS training programs focus on improving professional qualifications, focusing on developing professional ethics, responsibility and professionalism in real estate transactions.
VARS has made many efforts, contributing to promoting the development of the real estate market.
In addition, VARS also plays an active role in advising and contributing ideas to build policies and legal regulations to create a transparent and favorable legal corridor for brokerage activities, towards a fair business environment and healthy competition.

The 10th anniversary of VARS with the theme “Decade of Connection - Leading the Way” will take place on February 26, an occasion to honor achievements and an opportunity for all members of the industry to look back on the development process and the challenges they have overcome. The event will serve as a platform for domestic and foreign leaders and experts to exchange, share experiences and build new cooperative relationships in the international environment.
Within the framework of the 10th anniversary program, VARS will honor individuals and groups that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the real estate brokerage industry, especially the founders of VARS, who have built a solid foundation and always been steadfast in their mission, contributing to the success of VARS.
At the same time, the event will organize the program "Assessing the standards of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Real Estate Brokers in Vietnam - VPEC 2024", aiming to spread ethical values, improve the quality of practice and strengthen the reputation of real estate trading floors and real estate brokers in Vietnam.
