According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, was transferred to Military Region 5 to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region, handing over the position of Commander to Colonel Nguyen Tuy, former Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Military Command.

Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary congratulated Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong and Colonel Nguyen Tuy.
