On the evening of March 28, the Provincial Blind Association held the opening ceremony of the second sports and music festival. Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee attended.

The festival was attended by nearly 200 officials and members of 14 provincial and municipal blind associations and the Thai Binh Provincial Blind Association. At the opening ceremony, officials and members performed musical exchanges with acts such as duets, solos, dances and traditional musical instruments...

Through the festival, officials and members of the provinces and cities can exchange and promote solidarity, and at the same time, it is a premise to develop the art movement, selecting officials and members with musical and dancing abilities to participate in music and dance competitions organized by the Vietnam Association for the Blind. Thereby, connecting the blind with the community, raising awareness about the blind.
As planned, on the morning of March 29, the festival will continue with sports activities including competitions such as chin-ups, push-ups, goal kicking, tug of war and sack race relay.
