The Farmers' Association of Binh Phu Commune was established on the basis of merging the Farmers' Associations of 3 communes: Phu An, Cam Son and Binh Phu town; with 4,332 members currently operating in 21 branches in the commune. Most of the people live in association with agricultural production activities.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Kham, former member of the Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association of Cai Lay district, was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Binh Phu commune; comrade Nguyen Van Sam, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Binh Phu commune; the new Executive Committee has 29 comrades and the Standing Committee has 7 comrades.
After receiving the decision, the Executive Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association held the first meeting to deploy the Working Regulations and assign each position to perform tasks; approved the draft Program of Association activities and farmers' movement for the last 6 months of 2025; established the zalo group of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee and the fanpage of the Commune Farmers' Association; the facebook page "NONG DAN BINH PHU" and the zalo group of Binh Phu Farmers' Association.
The Standing Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association is aware of its role and responsibility in carrying out the tasks of the Association and the farmers' movement, especially the targets assigned by the Provincial Farmers' Association. The Standing Committee and the Executive Committee promote the spirit of internal solidarity, promote internal strength and combined strength, seriously comply with the assignment and mobilization of the Party, and take advantage of the leadership of superiors to strive to excellently complete the targets assigned in the resolution of the province.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association directed the branches to continue to do a good job of grasping the ideological situation of members; be proactive, creative, focus on economic development, proactively respond to natural disasters, climate change... to contribute positively to the socio -economic development of the locality in the coming time. At the same time, the Commune Farmers' Association continues to innovate activities to improve the quality of the Association's work and farmers' movements, especially the topic of emulation of farmers in production, good business, solidarity to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably.
