More than 3,500 job vacancies at the 2025 job fair

On the morning of June 27, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Employment Service Center (Yescenter) in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Industrial and Commercial College (HITC) organized the "Job Recruitment Day 2025" to support businesses in finding suitable personnel, while helping students at the school and young workers access job opportunities.

According to the Organizing Committee, the event helps businesses quickly find suitable personnel, contributing to the development of production and business. At the same time, it supports nearly 3,000 final year students at the school and young workers to access suitable job opportunities.

Specifically, this year's job fair has 35 businesses in the Southern region registered to participate, with more than 3,500 domestic and foreign job vacancies, many industries are lacking human resources such as: Information technology, mechanics, automobiles, electricity - electronics, environment, construction, economics - finance... with salaries from 5-15 million VND/month depending on the job position.

At the festival, students and workers have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities to employers and apply for jobs at businesses. In addition, through the activity “50 years of City affection”, workers will be supported 100% of the cost of health check-ups to complete their job applications.

Mr. Bui Manh Tuan, Principal of Ho Chi Minh City College of Industry and Trade, said that for the school, today's festival is not only a bridge for students to find jobs, but also an opportunity for them to learn about the labor market through listening, contacting and learning more about the needs of employers, thereby orienting their future career path.

“The current labor market is increasingly competitive, requiring workers to not only have solid professional knowledge but also soft skills, adaptability and a progressive spirit. Therefore, the job fair will help students have more opportunities to experience, accumulate experience, and be more confident in their career path. Through the fair, the school hopes to promote cooperation with businesses, enhance the applicability of the training program, and promptly grasp the practical needs of employers,” Mr. Tuan shared.
