Instructions for customers using electricity to look up daily electricity consumption

With the aim of providing electricity usage information to customers in a convenient way so that customers can proactively exploit it during the process of using electricity, the Customer Care Center - Northern Power Corporation (TTCSKH) has updated the function of looking up daily electricity consumption output on the Customer Care application (App CSKH).

Instructions for customers using electricity to look up daily electricity consumption

This application will help customers check their household's electricity consumption right on their smart mobile devices (Smartphones), instead of having to check the index directly at the electricity meter. However, the above feature is currently only applied by the electricity industry in areas that have switched to remote electronic meters (PLC, RF-Mesh technology). With nearby electronic meters (via HHU devices, mechanical meters...), only the generated bills and monthly electricity usage index can be tracked.

Customers can look up daily electricity consumption using the Customer Care application of the Northern Power Corporation (CSKH APP):

Step 1: On your phone, select the application store: App store or CH Play (Google play).

Step 2: In the search window, type the keyword phrase: EVNNPC CSKH or follow the link:

Note: Customers only install the application via the link above to avoid clicking on fraudulent software.

Step 3: Download and install, then click “OPEN”. Step 4: After installing the application on the screen, click on the icon (EVNNPC CSKH) and log in.

- Login name: Is the electricity usage code (written on the bill or see the SMS message sent by the Electricity Company to notify the service);

- Login password: You can get your password in one of the following two ways:

- Method 1: Call the switchboard 19006769 to get reissued;

- Method 2: You use the phone number registered with the Electricity, compose an SMS message with the syntax: CM (space) Customer code - send to 8079 to be reissued. The fee is 1,000 VND/message lookup. For example: To retrieve the password of customer code PA07TTxxxxxxx, you compose an SMS message as follows: CM PA07TTxxxxxxx (send to 8079).

Above are the steps to guide customers to proactively look up daily consumption through the Customer Service App. Thereby, customers proactively estimate monthly electricity consumption and adjust their family's electricity usage to be economical and efficient, especially during times of hot and extreme weather. In addition, when there is a request for electricity services, customers please call the Customer Service Center - Northern Power Corporation: 19006769 to receive timely support and answers from 24/7 transaction staff.
